True Health DPC is conveniently located at 106 McClaine Street in Silverton. We are right at the corner of Main Street and McClaine.  The IV Nutrition Suite is right across the parking lot at 206 W. Main Street.  There is plenty of parking and we welcome visitors during business hours.  Our staff is bilingual english/ spanish speaking.  We are not able to accept OHP insured patients.

True Health DPC, under the leadership of Dr. Tomas Gigena, has been serving the Silverton community since 2019. Our entire medical team is focused on helping patients become champions of their own health. DPC stands for Direct Primary Care and  is an innovative, affordable, and advanced patient-first care model.  The clinic charges a monthly membership fee saving the patient time, money, and allows more direct access to their physician. The DPC model gives family physicians a meaningful alternative to fee-for-service insurance billing. This membership fee covers all or most primary care services including clinical and laboratory services, consultative services, care coordination, and comprehensive care management.
