Primary Care DPC Membership
Based on the traditional doctor and patient relationship, except with direct access to your doctor. The membership model helps to limit health care costs through low cost medications, lower lab and imaging fees, and reduces unnecessary visits to the ER and Urgent care. It is ideal for families, individuals, and employers who want high quality care at an affordable cost.
IMMUNITY BOOST AREA
Life is about balance and finding time for self-care. One of the benefits of being a True Health DPC patient member is complimentary access to our True Health Burst Station. In 15 minutes you can give your immune system a boost with quick wellness focused bursts. Our patients can stop in anytime and move through the three wellness stations that focus on healthy light, mindfulness, and increasing lymphatic flow.

Non-Member GUESTS
While True Health DPC is a membership-based clinic, we know we do some pretty cool things here. We opened up some of our services and treatments to non-member guests. Simply call the clinic to discuss this option and to schedule an appointment.
One Time Consult
Dr. Tomas schedules private one-time consultations to discuss health programs, specific therapies, or a chronic illness evaluation. Consults are $350 per hour. Please contact the clinic directly at 503-523-0268 to schedule an appointment or email denise@truehealthdpc.com with an overview of your specific request.
To prepare for your first appointment, please bring the following information with you:
- A list of your current symptoms and condition.
- Timeline of your health, major life milestones, and history of illnesses, medications, surgeries, and medical care.
- Bring your supplements, medications (both prescription and over the counter)
- Bring lab results and or radiology/imaging reports
- A list of your key questions and concerns.
Personalized 1:1 Programs
Healthy means different things to different people. Sometimes we need to take a deeper dive into the specifics of a medical condition to get a patient back on their health track.
3 Month Basic Detox
This program is focused specifically on a cellular detox. In today's current environment, we are exposed to millions of toxins, especially heavy metals and biotoxins. Little by little this exposure adds up and makes us sick or resulting in a lack of energy. Do you ever experience chronic headaches? Mental fog? Lack of energy? Trouble sleeping? Trouble with optimal weight? Feeling depressed? It could be all related to a toxic body. We offer a unique targeted cellular detox program that will help you feel better again.

6 Months Platinum
This program is focused on specific chronic medical conditions where a patient needs a highly personalized program. The program is comprised of 6 cycles. Each cycle is focused on different aspects of cellular healing. The program includes all labs, supplements, treatments and coaching. The patient is guided by our nurse through each cycle and is catered to the specific health needs. The program begins with an intensive health history and includes health coaching, evaluations, 1:1 sessions with Dr. Tomas.
Together, we map out a timeline of your health, your symptoms, exposure to toxins, eating habits, sleep patterns, lifestyle, stress, and look for the interconnections. We discover root causes of your symptoms and the "what next" to design a personalized health plan with goals and support. We look at what to explore further, as well as what to maximize, minimize, and prioritize.
Patients are screened before being accepted into this program and must commit to a weekly schedule at the clinic for treatments and coaching. Any patient traveling in for the Platinum program needs to make housing arrangements prior to arrival.
Health Coaching
Weekly and monthly sessions are available to create integrative wellness plans around sleep, nutrition, detox, stress, and movement.
