Welcome to True Health DPC Integrative Medicine Clinic & IV Therapy
Dr. Tomas’s Direct Primary Care (DPC) panel is currently full. We are not accepting new patients at this time, but we hope to welcome new members in the future. (Updated March 2026)

While the DPC panel is full, there are three ways to engage
with our advanced wellness services:
- 1:1 CONSULTATION: Schedule a 1:1 Consultation with Dr. Tomas Gigena, MD. He will sit down with non-member guests to review their medical for a second opinion, chronic illness advice, or to help create a customized wellness plan. - IV THERAPY: The True Health IV Clinic accepts walk-ins and non-member guests for IV Drip Therapy. A waiver and medical screen is required and kept on file for one year. To schedule an appointment – 503-825-2317. Or visit www.truehealthiv.com to review the current menu of options.
- WELLNESS THERAPIES: Our Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, SOQI Infrared, Pulse PEMF, Shockwave, Molecular H2 Inhalation Therapy, EBOO and Ozone Therapies are also available for non-member guests to utilize. A waiver and medical screen required.

MEMBERSHIP:
Membership is month by month with four auto-charge options
Monthly, 3-month, 6-month, full-year (discount)
* The first three months are required at time of enrollment.
ENROLLMENT FEE:
A one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee of $300 per adult (age 18 and older) is due at the time of enrollment. This fee covers onboarding, account setup, intake documentation, health history review, and program placement.
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP PRICING: (effective March 1, 2026)
Age-Based Monthly Rates
- $40 – Youth --- Ages 0-17 (with member parent/guardian)
- $50 – Young Adult --- Ages 18-21
- $90 – Prime Adult --- Ages 22-64
- $80 – Seniors --- Ages 65+
Family Plan
- $250 – Two parent members + two children under 21
- $10/month for each additional child under 21
- $50 – Young Adults (ages 21-25, living with member parent/ guardian)
(*membership includes most primary care services. It also includes discounts on labs, imaging, prescriptions, supplements or the integrative wellness therapies).
PAYMENT:
A credit card is required on file for monthly auto-charge and other charges.
Cash pay only accepted for counter purchases, services, 6 month or 1 year membership.
Payment or arranged payment plan is due at time of service.
You will not be charged until you are accepted as a patient and starts on enrollment date.
CANCELLATION:
A cancellation request must be submitted in writing to info@truehealthdpc.com. A 30-day notice is required with 3 months minimum membership.
