For some patients, they need more individualized care outside of the primary care model.  At True Health DPC,  wee focus on exploring the  Integrative Wellness factors that impact a patients health like nutrition, stress, sleep hygiene, movement, and cellular detox to address acute symptoms and root causes.  A coordinated and comprehensive approach to health and wellness includes focused visits, coaching, follow-up care, therapeutic treatments, and supplements. 

We have many therapies in clinic that will help you get back on track with your true health.  

With a Personalized Program, you as the patient must be 100% committed in the journey of getting your optimal health back.  

Our goal is to address the physical, chemical, and emotional stressors that create imbalance.  This means making habit changes, addressing toxicity, and  following the recommendations and protocols in your individualized health plan. 

Patients interested in an Integrative Wellness approach can meet 1:1 with Dr. Tomas Gigena to devised an individualized health plan utilizing  the tools and therapies we have in the clinic.  

Integrative Wellness therapies are priced outside of the standard membership model.
